The Forest Hill Triplex conversion transformed a tired 1950s two-storey home into a heritage-adjacent three-unit income property. The neighbourhood's architectural character guided exterior design decisions, resulting in a building that respects its surroundings while delivering modern interior standards.

Three self-contained units were created across the existing footprint — a main floor unit, upper-level unit, and a fully legal basement suite with proper egress windows. Each unit features a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, and in-suite laundry rough-in.
