Stanley Park Fourplex

The Stanley Park Fourplex project involved the complete conversion of a single-family bungalow into a four-unit income property in one of Kitchener's most desirable east-end neighbourhoods.

The project scope included a full structural assessment, foundation waterproofing, second-storey addition, and complete interior buildout of four self-contained units ranging from 650 to 900 square feet each.

All four units feature in-suite laundry, separate electrical panels, modern kitchen and bath finishes, and soundproofing between floors. The project was delivered fully permitted, inspected, and tenanted within two months of completion.
